About Us

The senior partner is Nicholas K Turner who qualified as a solicitor more than twenty years ago and has specialised in Property Law ever since. He is married with a teenage daughter. He enjoys music, the theatre and all sport (mainly watching nowadays!). With his wife he also runs a Christian charity called Firelighters.

	Martin Collings Martin originally practised at the bar in Zimbabwe in the mid-1970s. He re-qualified as a solicitor in England in 1979 and specialises in non-contentious work, especially commercial property. Martin is based in Canterbury where he practises and has mainly a consultative role with the office in Bath.


Nicky Farr Nicky is Nick Turner's secretary and the firm's longest serving employee with an excellent knowledge of the firm's clients and procedures. She is married and her main hobby is reading.


	Roger Bullivant Roger worked for one firm of solicitors in the West End of London for the first 33 years of his career. He is a managing clerk but rose to be the office manager and manager of the wills and probate department of that firm. He has subsequently worked for a number of firms in the London area dealing with their wills and probate and now runs this side of the work for Dale Johnston & Co.
