We are prepared to be flexible as to whether you wish us to charge an hourly rate or a percentage of the price and this can be agreed at the out set. Either way our price will undoubtedly be very competitive compared to firms in the larger cities that normally carry out this type of work.
     
  • If an hourly rate is chosen then we will provide you with regular updates on the cost position so that you are able to control your expenditure.
     
  • We can advise you on Energy Performance Certificates that are now required to be produced either by the Landlord on the granting of a Lease or by the current Lessee when an existing Lease is assigned on.
