Home Information Packs (HIPS)

• All residential properties that are now marketed for sale have to have a Home Information Pack following the introduction of regulations by the government in 2007.
   
• A Home Information Pack comprises various required documents including proof of title, an Energy Performance Certificate and various standard searches.
   
• We are able to organise Home Information Packs for you very quickly and cheaply.  This has the advantage that we can also tie this in with the eventual sale of your property.
